Eric Silvestri

As the Regional Director of Operations, Eric is charged with management supervision and oversight responsibilities for Coastal Ridge’s student housing portfolio. Starting as a leasing consultant and working up through the ranks in the housing industry, including serving as a Regional Property Manager at Coastal Ridge, have built Eric’s comprehensive knowledge and honed his competitive determination. He focuses on flawlessly executing the basics including customer experience, driving leasing velocity, and improving overall financial performance through coaching and a hands-on approach to motivating his teams to succeed. Eric and his family reside in High Point, North Carolina.
