Mike Lange

Mike Lange currently serves as the Capital Projects Program Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since January 2022. With over 30 years of experience in assessing water intrusion and structural deficiencies, Mike has held various roles including Consultant for Building Envelope and Structural Concerns at Lange Contracting and Consulting Services, Director of Business Development at Contractors Inc., and Senior Sales Executive at Able Roofing. Previous positions include Design Consultant and Project Manager at Dave Fox Design/Build, Market Development Specialist at Oberfield's Inc., General Manager at Tradesmen International, and General Manager at Columbus Glass Block where significant revenue growth was achieved. Mike is a Rutgers University graduate with a BA in English and Political Science and has been actively involved in industry associations, notably as a Past President of NARI of Central Ohio.
