Paul Colgan

Paul serves as Managing Director of Accounting and Finance, and oversees Coastal Ridge’s financial reporting, tax, and treasury functions. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge in 2018, Paul was Director of Accounting at Phillips Edison & Company, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored shopping centers, where he managed their financial reporting, REIT compliance, and treasury functions. Paul began his real estate career at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Tax Manager in their Real Estate Tax practice. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Paul and his family reside in Columbus, Ohio.
