Taylor Smith

As Business Development Manager, Taylor is responsible for new business development and managing client partner relationships. In this role, Taylor crafted the property transitions playbook and he serves as a bridge connecting the investment and operations teams. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Taylor worked for Peak Campus in various field-centric roles where he honed his sales, customer service, and operational skills. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University. Taylor and his wife reside in Charleston, South Carolina.
