Ainslie Lynch

Ainslie Lynch currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Coates, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Ainslie spent ten years at APA Group, progressing from Legal Counsel to Head of Legal Operations, alongside a year as Commercial Manager. Ainslie has also gained international experience as Manager of Legal and Compliance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where involvement with the Compliance and Risk team took place during a pivotal period for the bank. Earlier career roles include Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery and Solicitor positions at Addisons and Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where Ainslie developed expertise in various legal domains, including competition law and commercial litigation. Ainslie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Law from UNSW, completed in 2004.
