Colin Shepherd MICM JP is an accomplished National Credit Manager at Coates since July 2019, overseeing credit, collections, billing, and revenue support across the organization with a team of 20. Prior to this role, Colin served as Credit Manager, leading a national collections function, and held a position as Team Lead for AR Major Accounts, focusing on large customer accounts.
