Dr.inbaraj S

Dr. Inbaraj S has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and industrial relations. Dr.Inbaraj is currently the Lead HR for India Manufacturing at Coats since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of HR & IR at Solara Active Pharma Sciences from February 2019 to December 2022. Dr. Inbaraj also held various HR roles at Carborundum Universal Limited, including Divisional Head of HR from September 2016 to January 2019. Dr.Inbaraj has also worked as a Senior Executive-HR at MRF Tyres Private Limited and HR Executive at Suzlon Energy Ltd. Dr. Inbaraj began their career as an Assistant Manager-IR at Larsen & Toubro.

Dr. Inbaraj S has a comprehensive education history. Dr.Inbaraj obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Madras from 2015 to 2020. In 2017 to 2018, they also completed a Leadership Development Program at the Great Lakes Institute of Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Earlier in their academic journey, they acquired a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in HRM from Pondicherry University between 2008 and 2010. Furthermore, they obtained a Master's in Business Administration and Management (MHRM) from St. Joseph's University from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Inbaraj S completed the "Mastering CSR" certification program offered by the Confederation of Indian Industry.
