Mohammad al Kashem

Mohammad Al Kashem is an experienced managing director with significant expertise in leading operations in the apparel and manufacturing sectors, particularly within Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Since 2016, Mohammad has held various leadership roles at Coats, driving business performance, strategic expansion, and profitability, including membership in key leadership teams and boards. Prior to Coats, Mohammad served as Head of Production at Abul Khair Steel and held multiple positions at Unilever, contributing to substantial improvements in production efficiency and workforce relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Production Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an Executive MBA in Finance from North South University.
