Samuel Ling

Samuel Ling has extensive experience in IT operations and service management, with a career at Coats spanning over two decades from 2001 to the present. Throughout this tenure, Samuel has held various leadership roles, including Director of IT Operations and Service Management, Head of Global Architecture for Cloud & Server Services, and End-User Solutions Manager for Global Infrastructure, among others. Prior to joining Coats, Samuel served as a System Engineer at China Thread Development Ltd. Samuel holds a Master's Degree in E-Commerce and a Bachelor's Degree in Computing, both from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
