Shami Murshed Nazir

Shami Murshed Nazir is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in supply chain management and purchasing across various industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Business Partner at Coats since December 2016 and a member of the Cluster Leadership Committee, Shami previously led the country procurement team at Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages from September 2013 to December 2016. Earlier roles include Head of Material Management at Viyellatex LTD, Head of Procurement at Bayer CropScience, and Manager Procurement at Syngenta, among others. Shami's academic achievements include an MBA with a major in Marketing from IBA, University of Dhaka, and degrees in Economics from the University of Dhaka.
