James Taylor, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. James started their career as a Server at Rhodeside Bar and Grill in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2008, they also became a Resident Advisor at the University of Virginia Residence Life Office, a role they held until 2011.

From 2011 to 2016, James worked at Kastle Systems, first as a Systems and Data Integrity Specialist and later as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst-Developer. In 2013, they joined Rainbow Youth Alliance as a Volunteer Co-Facilitator, where they are still currently employed.

James'smost recent position is with The Cobalt Company, which they joined in June 2019. James holds the title of Project Manager and System Architecture Consultant.

Throughout their career, James has gained considerable experience in project management, system architecture, business analysis, and data integrity. James also has a demonstrated commitment to volunteer work and supporting youth organizations.

James Taylor, PMP completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Anthropology at the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications. James became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute in July 2022. James also earned the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate certification from Microsoft in July 2022. Prior to that, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification from Microsoft in June 2021. Furthermore, in July 2019, James obtained the Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate certification.
