Graham Purcell

Graham Purcell has extensive experience in the digital training and development field, currently serving as the Digital Training & Development Manager at Cobalt Housing. Prior to this role, Purcell was the Head of Learning Plus at Learning Plus (a part of People Plus and the Staffline Group plc). With a background as an Operations Manager and Group IT Operations and Service Manager at Learning Plus and various managerial roles at Corporate Services Group, Purcell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.
