Senior Robotics Engineer at Cobalt Robotics

Kodie Artner has been working in the robotics field since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a SAAB Tutor and Sports Information Assistant at Lewis & Clark College. In 2015, they became a Research Intern at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. In 2018, they joined Maxar Technologies as a Staff Robotics Engineer and a Robotics Engineer, where they were responsible for full robotic system design from mechanisms, electrical harnesses, embedded software, control algorithms, and motion planning. Kodie also developed a virtual reality project utilizing Unity and C# to create robotics and satellite design, con-ops, and simulation tools. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Robotics Engineer at Cobalt Robotics.

Kodie Artner has a diverse educational background. In 2016, they completed their Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physics and Mathematics Double Major from Lewis & Clark College in 2016. In 2020, they completed a Nanodegree in Flying Car and Autonomous Flight from Udacity.
