Jose Emanuelli

Jose Emanuelli is the Executive Vice President of M&A at Cobalt Service Partners. Prior to his current role, Jose worked as a Senior Associate at Kohlberg & Company in the Private Equity sector. He also has experience as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Jose has been involved in several significant transactions, including Tech Data's take-private sale to Apollo Global Management and Takeda's asset divestitures. With a background in Economics from Yale University and an international student exchange program at Università Bocconi, Jose brings a strong analytical and financial expertise to his current role.
