Ryan Shields

Ryan Shields currently serves as an Operating Executive at Cobalt Service Partners and as Chief Executive Officer at Industrial Door Company, both positions held since April 2024. Previously, Ryan Shields worked at Amazon from June 2021 to March 2024 in the Amazon Pathways program. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate role in Acquisitions at EverWest Real Estate Investors in 2020, where responsibilities involved underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling. Before transitioning to the private sector, Ryan Shields spent time at BAE Systems, Inc. as a Collection Manager from January 2017 to June 2019 and served as an Intelligence Analyst - ISR Mission Coordinator with the United States Air Force from 2010 to September 2018. Ryan Shields holds a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
