Indrikis Liepa

Indrikis Liepa is a Partner at COBALT Legal, a leading alliance of law offices in the Baltics, since January 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate law and complex projects. Liepa has served as a Supervisory Council member for the Institute for Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility since February 2010. Prior to COBALT, Liepa was a Partner at Attorneys at Law BORENIUS from December 2005 to December 2015. In 2010, Liepa acted as a private expert on commercial law and securities for TAIEX, European Commission, participating in missions in Ukraine, Albania, and Libya regarding various EU directives. Education includes an LL.M in Law from Riga Graduate School of Law and an LL.B in Law from Latvijas Universitate.
