Marcin Grela

Marcin Grela has a wide range of experience in the field of compliance and risk management. Marcin is currently working as the Director of Compliance at Cobaltix Compliance since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HSBC as a TPSR Senior Risk Consultant from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for conducting local and global TPSR reviews, managing engagements, and engaging with other functions.

Marcin started their career as the Manager of Information Systems at AIESEC, LC Katowice AE Poland from 2003 to 2004. In this role, they set up servers, introduced new services, and performed network maintenance.

Marcin Grela completed their Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, from 2000 to 2005. In 2012, they earned the Information Systems Security Management Professional certification also from (ISC)², as well as the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained the CCSK certification from the Cloud Security Alliance. Most recently, in 2020, Marcin obtained the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)², as well as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate from Microsoft, demonstrating their expertise in the field of cloud security.
