Emily Inman, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Emily is currently employed as the Vice President - People and Capabilities at CoBank, starting in August 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Emily worked at tw telecom as the Director of Human Resources - Organizational Effectiveness/Business Partner in two separate periods, from February 2000 to May 2004, and then from June 2006 to May 2014. In this role, they supported the SVP of National Operations and 700+ employees in change management initiatives, utilizing a structured framework to drive adoption and align rewards. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources - Performance Management from March 2006 to March 2010 at tw telecom, where they established and administered the company's performance management function for 3,000 employees.

Emily's earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager, Business Partner at eBags, an online retailer specializing in travel accessories, from June 2004 to March 2006. In this role, they provided full HR support and implemented employee engagement surveys to improve compensation, career progression, and performance assessments.
