LaTonya Keaton, MBA, MPAcc has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years, with roles in various financial institutions and government organizations. LaTonya is currently serving as the Region Vice President at CoBank, where they lead a team of Relationship Managers supporting Grain, Farm Supply, and Food & Agribusiness customers. Prior to this, LaTonya worked as the Senior Relationship Manager, Vice President at CoBank, where they focused on Middle Market Food & Agribusiness companies and provided services such as business development, debt/capital structuring, regulatory compliance, risk management, and credit products.

At PNC, they worked as the Corporate Credit Underwriting Risk Lead, Senior Vice President, Corporate Credit Underwriting Manager, Vice President, and Corporate Credit Officer, Vice President, where they focused on credit underwriting, risk analysis, and business development. At JPMorgan Chase, they held roles such as Government, Not-for-Profit & Healthcare Relationship Manager, Vice President, C&IB Senior Underwriter, Vice President, and Commercial Banking Underwriting Team Lead, Assistant Vice President.

Additionally, LaTonya also served as a member of the Rural Community Economic Development Subcommittee at USDA, where they actively worked to dismantle systems fostering inequity and empower underserved communities in rural areas.

LaTonya Keaton has a diverse education history. LaTonya obtained a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame in 1994. Later, in 2010, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Butler University - Lacy School of Business. In 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accountancy from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. LaTonya further expanded their educational background by completing Graduate Studies in Urban Education and Leadership at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems from 2016 to 2018. In 2019 and 2020, they participated in Corporate Director Education through Corporate BoardBound by the Women's Leadership Foundation. Additionally, they attended an Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021. The most recent addition to their education history is the completion of the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership in Organizational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2023.
