Spencer Barrowes

Spencer Barrowes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in leveraged and project finance. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Attorney at CoBank since April 2020, Spencer has previously held positions at Shearman & Sterling LLP as an Associate and Independent Contractor, where transactions closed exceeded $40 billion.
