Alice Stouder

Alice Stouder has significant experience in educational leadership within the Cobb County School District, commencing in 1978 and continuing to the present. As the Deputy Superintendent of Leadership since August 2012, Alice focuses on ensuring high levels of student learning and achievement while overseeing principal and district leadership. Previous roles include Chief Leadership Officer and Director of Evaluation Systems, where Alice managed employee evaluations and developed leadership programs for aspiring principals. Earlier, as Deputy Superintendent of Leadership and Learning, Alice supported Area Assistant Superintendents and maintained the district's strong reputation through data-driven strategies. Alice's experience also encompasses leadership positions such as Principal at Nicholson and Sope Creek Elementary Schools, both achieving national recognition for excellence. Educational credentials include an Ed.S. in Educational Administration and Supervision and multiple degrees from Georgia State University.
