Maiken Høj is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Cobe since 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Creative Europe Advisor and International Project Manager at Det Danske Filminstitut from 2014 to 2017, Interim Institutleder at the Danish Cultural Institute in 2013, and Digital Editor for Culture in EU's external relations at Goethe-Institut e.V. from 2011 to 2013. Maiken Høj began the career as a Curatorial Assistant at SMK – Statens Museum for Kunst from 2009 to 2011, and completed an internship at the Danish Cultural Institute in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Moderne Kultur from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Arts in Culture and Communication from the University of Southern Denmark, both attained in 2011, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Communication and European Studies from Copenhagen Business School completed in 2008.
