Pam Simonovich is a seasoned professional with over two decades of extensive experience in IT project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Cost Estimator at Cobec Consulting, Inc. since February 2022. Simonovich has previously held significant roles at Quantitative Data-Driven Decisions (QD3) as an IT Project, Program, and Performance Manager, and as a Training Manager, Engagement Manager, and Senior Consultant at Quantitative Software Management, Inc. Notable achievements include the development of resource analysis systems, IT Performance Metrics Dashboards, and expertise in project recovery and estimation.
