Emilio Masa

Emilio Masa has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Human Resources employee at Wanadoo-EresMas-Uni2-Grupo France Telecom in 2003. Emilio then worked as a Consultant at Infoempleo.com and BBVA in 2004 and 2005, respectively. From 2007 to 2013, they held the role of HR Manager at MGI part of GFKL group-Advent, HR Consultant at DHR Global, and Senior Consultant at Acheron Partners. From 2016 to 2021, they were Principal | Head of HR Division at Wyser, and is currently working as Senior Lecturer at CEU Educational Group and Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager at Cobee.

Emilio Masa has an extensive educational background. Emilio obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2003 and a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad de Granada in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Certificate in Facilitating and Designing Workshops with the Lego® Serious Play® from Juego Serio™ in 2019, an ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Leadership from ICAgile in 2019, and an EMIP Executive Master en Ingles Profesional from Vaughan Systems in 2012.
