Shams Mayaleh

Shams Mayaleh has a diverse work experience. Starting from the earliest role, they worked as a Customer Service Officer/Internship at Syriatel in 2010 and later served as an Administrative Eng./Internship at the same company in 2011. Following this, they joined Tishreen Universty as an Office Services Manager/Academic Advisor from January 2012 to January 2014. During this time, they established effective systems for record retention, developed filing systems, and partnered with the IT department to streamline the onboarding process.

In 2014, Shams moved to propertyfinder.ae and took on multiple roles. As a Customer Training Manager from April 2014 to August 2016, they troubleshooted client issues, resolved problems via email and phone, and collaborated with internal teams to resolve client issues. Subsequently, they worked as a Business Development Manager from September 2016 to July 2023, where they identified new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue. Additionally, they served as a Senior Account Manager from February 2019 to July 2023, managing key client accounts, driving client retention, and achieving company set individual and departmental KPI targets.

Currently, Shams is a Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager at Sprinklr since June 2023.

Shams Mayaleh attended Dubai but did not complete any degree or field of study during their time there. From 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Tishreen University. Additionally, Shams received training in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) at the New Horizon Institute in Damascus, Syria, though the specific timeframe is unknown.
