Sandra González Calero Lorenzo

Sandra González- Calero Lorenzo has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Sandra started their career as a Risk Prevention Junior Technician at Gali S.L. (Risk Employees Prevention). In 2015, they began working as an HR Junior Assistant (Development Managers Area: Mentoring) at Aena and a Senior HR Generalist at Optiva Media. In 2020, they began volunteering at the Federación de Mujeres Progresistas, providing guidance and job search assistance to women. Currently, they are working as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Cobee and an HR Manager at Dive.tech.

Sandra González- Calero Lorenzo has a diverse educational background. In 2019-2020, they completed the PDMAP - Programa de Desarrollo para Mujeres con Alto Potencial at Escuela de Organización Industrial, focusing on social and business skills. From 2014-2016, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they earned a Human Resources Management Master with a focus on Human Resources Management, Performance Management, and Professional Career.
