Kenneth Plate

Kenneth Plate has extensive experience in business development and sales, starting as a Regional Sales Manager at Dorne & Margolin in 1988. Kenneth then moved on to roles such as Product Line Manager at Lambda and Director of Sales & Marketing at Target Systems Technologies Corp. Later, they served as Director of Business Development at Exelis (ITT Corp./EDO Corp.) before becoming the Senior Director of Business Development for EW & Integrated Solutions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions in 2013.

Kenneth Plate completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology in 1988, followed by studies in Aeronautical Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984. In 2005, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Dowling College.
