Shahriar Khan

Shahriar Khan is a seasoned RF design engineer with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead RF Design Engineer at CAES, Shahriar previously held positions as Principal RF Design Engineer at Epirus and Senior RF Systems Applications Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. Additionally, Shahriar worked as an RF Applications Engineer at Wolfspeed, focusing on GaN-based RF discrete power transistors and MMIC power amplifiers, and as an RF Design Engineer following the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor by NXP. Shahriar holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Villanova University and completed Continuing Studies in the same field at Arizona State University.
