Eric Militello

Eric Militello is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in procurement and quality management across multiple industries. Since September 2021, Eric has served as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Eaton, following a long tenure at Cobham Mission Systems where roles included Strategic Procurement Manager and Supplier Development Engineer. Eric's responsibilities have centered around enhancing supplier quality and delivery performance, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance through audits.
