Laura Kamela, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis at Cobham since November 2019. With a career spanning from 1978 to 2018 at HealthNow New York Inc., Laura supported a workforce of 600 employees, encompassing various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Consultant, and Labor Relations Specialist.
