Ole Nørklit

Ole Nørklit is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in research and development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President R&D at Cobham Satcom since September 2022, Ole previously held the position of Chief Product Innovation Officer at Oticon Medical from February 2021 to August 2022, and directed R&D efforts for the TRIOS product portfolio at 3Shape between November 2014 and January 2021. Prior roles include Technology Director at Aricent Group, where Ole led concept engineering, and a series of managerial and engineering positions at Nokia. Ole began a career in research as a Research Fellow at Industrial Research Ltd and as a Research Assistant at Aalborg University. Ole holds a PhD in Communication Technology and an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, both from Aalborg University.
