Ana Godoi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Ana is currently working at Cobli as the Head of Operational Efficiency, where they manage the Process, Data, Automation (IT-Systems) and Support teams. Ana has 5 direct reports and more than 25 indirect employees under their supervision. Ana'smain goal is to contribute to high competitiveness and positively impact customers and the business.

Prior to joining Cobli, Ana worked at Qualicorp as part of the Process Management team. Ana'sresponsibilities included leading new audits for financial processes, developing new workflows, defining KPIs, and analyzing data. Ana also played a crucial role in customer segmentation squads, focusing on First Call Resolution (FCR) service and improving customer experience.

Before Qualicorp, Ana worked at IBRA, initially as the Head of Innovation and later as a Process Manager. In their roles, they focused on project and product development, sustainability, customer service, and operational control. Ana managed both direct and indirect employees and was responsible for strategic planning, process development, and implementation of new products and processes. Ana also had experience in technical consulting, providing critical evaluation and audits according to ISO standards.

Earlier in their career, Ana worked as a Technical Consultant at Fundespa and as a Student Researcher at the Universidade de São Paulo, where they gained valuable experience in research and technical roles.
