Product Manager at Cobli

Fabrício Estay has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Fabrício began their professional journey in 2017 as a Co-founder at CEU - Centro de Empreendedorismo Universitário Unesp Araraquara. From there, they went on to become a Consultant at Júnior FEA-RP and participated in the VC Challenge organized by KPTL.

In 2018, Fabrício joined FEA angels, where they held the role of Head of Education. During their time there, they established a new area within the association focused on training new investors through content, courses, and mentorship. Fabrício also collaborated with FEA USP on the creation of the first Angel Investor training program.

Fabrício then embarked on a series of roles at the Núcleo de Empreendedores FEA-RP, starting as a Member of the StarYou - Laboratório de Startups. Fabrício then became a Member of the resource mobilization team, where they developed a new sales approach to attract partners for the organization's events and activities. Fabrício later took on the position of Project Leader for StartYou Laboratório de Startups, where they led a team and introduced new initiatives such as the Startuptime and pitch evaluation panels for pre-accelerated startups.

In 2020, Fabrício joined KPMG & Distrito Leap as a Business Hacker, contributing to business transformation and digital innovation. Fabrício decomposed business problems and opportunities into essential elements and created innovative initiatives.

Fabrício's most recent role is as a Product Manager at Cobli. Fabrício led the entire discovery and development process of a video-telemetry product, which quickly became the company's flagship offering. Currently, they lead the Monitoring Squad, responsible for Cobli's most widely used product.

Additionally, Fabrício has had teaching experience as a Professor at the Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo, where they taught a course on Fundraising for Startups.

Throughout their work experience, Fabrício consistently demonstrated leadership, innovation, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Fabrício Estay's education history began in 2017 when they enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Economics at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Fabrício completed this program in 2018.

In the same year, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree program in Accounting and Finance at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they are expected to complete by 2022. Additionally, they started a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting Sciences at Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade de Ribeirão Preto in 2018 and is also expected to complete it in 2022.

Alongside their studies, Fabrício obtained several certifications and participated in various training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include a Product Analytics Micro-Certification from Product School in 2022, an Intensivo de Product Management from Awari in September 2021, and a free UX Design course from Awari in July 2021.

In 2021, Fabrício also served as a mentor in the 3rd edition of the Programa de Pré-aceleração de ideias at Núcleo de Empreendedorismo EEL - USP (EmprEEL). Fabrício attended the Conferência Na Prática Empreendedorismo e Inovação São Paulo 1ª Edição 2019 and Conferência Na Prática Mercado Financeiro São Paulo 1ª Edição 2019 held by Fundação Estudar in March 2021. Fabrício also participated in the Liderança Na Prática Pocket Em Casa 4ª Edição 2020 (T7) organized by Fundação Estudar in the same month.

Furthermore, Fabrício has experience as a monitor in the Curso de Formação de Investidor Anjo offered by Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed in May 2020. Lastly, in June 2018, they obtained a certification in Gestão de Custos and in May 2018, they completed a training program in Vendas, both provided by Junior FEA-RP.
