Leonardo Frozza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leonardo began their career as a Sales Executive at Life Cargo, where they negotiated with various clients, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector. One of their notable achievements was contributing to the development of a new transport model for collecting and delivering stem cells from umbilical cord blood, ensuring their viability within a 36-hour timeframe.
Leonardo then moved on to work as a Sales Executive at PRONT CARGO Logística Personalizada. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating with clients across different areas of expertise and leading a team of salesmen. Leonardo successfully managed big national distribution projects with prominent Brazilian retail companies like Grupo Centauro, Shoulder, Farm/Viva, and TVZ, elevating PRONT CARGO's standing among local logistics operators.
After that, Leonardo served as a Sales Assistant at SPAR International, gaining experience in sales support and customer service. Leonardo then joined Opportune Morning LDA (Vodafone) as a Call Center Specialist, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Most recently, Leonardo joined Cobli as a Customer Success Analyst before transitioning to the role of Sales Consultant. At Cobli, they leveraged their expertise in customer success and sales to provide consultative solutions to clients.

Leonardo Frozza attended Centro Universitário Eniac from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Tecnologo em Logística with a focus on Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Logística. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Treinamento para Transporte de Sangue de Cordão Umbilical e Placentário from Cryopraxis® in November 2015, and an IELTS certification from the British Council in February 2019.
