Erica Diamond

Erica Diamond has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Currently, they hold the positions of Chief Operating and Creative Officer, Executive Vice President, and Creative Director at Cobot Nation, which they joined in 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Sweet Your Words, Inc., where they specialized in creating custom 3D chocolates. Before that, Erica founded Stellar Snapshots in 2016 and Erica's Custom Confections in 2015. Erica also served as an Assistant General Manager at Offerdahl's Cafe-Grill from 2008 to 2011. Erica's early career included a role as a Wine Associate at Total Wine & More from 2007 to 2008, where they provided guidance and recommendations to customers.

Erica Diamond attended the University of Florida from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a field of study in marketing. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2008, they attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
