Marissa Spencer

Marissa Spencer currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, overseeing the full life-cycle of requisitions and collaborating with hiring managers to recruit top talent. Previously, Marissa worked as a Business Development Sales Agent at Smart City Apartment Locating, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and contributing to the launch of new business in the Orlando market. Marissa has also held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University, developing curriculum and facilitating leadership development courses. Additionally, Marissa served as a Volunteer Recruiter/First Impressions Director at Highland Park Church, successfully managing large-scale volunteer efforts for events and overseeing guest connections. Earlier roles include Resident Director and Graduate Assistant at Southeastern University, where Marissa focused on student mentorship and leadership development. Marissa holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and a BS in Practical Theology from Southeastern University.
