Ilina Yanakieva

Ilina Yanakieva currently serves as a Learning & Development Senior Assistant at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, having started in February 2024. Previously, Ilina held the role of Learning & Development Intern in the People & Culture department at Coca-Cola. Prior experience includes working as a Hospitality Employee at Bonheur Horeca Groep from September 2021 to January 2024, and as a Digital Marketing Intern at Gymstory from February to July 2023. Additionally, Ilina led the Marketing Team and served as Marketing Manager at AIESEC in the Netherlands between July 2021 and July 2022. Ilina holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University, expected in January 2024, as well as a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree focused on Business and Economics from the same institution, completed in 2021. Ilina has also undertaken courses in Digital Ethics and Digital Marketing Transformation & Customer Experience at Luiss Guido Carli University. Education was completed at the High School of Roman Languages “G.S. Rakovski” from 2013 to 2018.
