Evangelos Evangelou is a seasoned data engineering professional currently serving as Tech Lead - Data Engineer at Coca-Cola HBC since September 2024, where leadership and mentoring of a data engineering team facilitates the transition to a Data Mesh Architecture. Previously, Evangelos worked as a Data Engineer at ΑΑΔΕ - IAPR, handling data requests for Public Organizations, and as Chapter Lead Data Engineer at MORO TECH, directing a team on multiple data-driven projects. Experience includes roles at Beat as a Big Data ETL Engineer, COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. as a Business Intelligence Engineer, and EY as an Enterprise Intelligence Consultant, contributing significantly to data warehousing and analytics projects. Evangelos holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Ioannina.
