Matt L'Heureux

As Senior Vice President & Chief Product Officer, Matt L’Heureux directs the release of COCC’s leading edge products. Matt has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry and specializes in providing strategic oversight to COCC’s product management, technology selection and implementations. Combined with deep industry knowledge and a passion for technology, he is a skilled leader driving innovation as he guides COCC through the development and deployment of varying solutions in areas such as digital banking, payments, business intelligence, marketing analytics and more.

Prior to joining COCC, Matt was the Planning Officer for a community bank with responsibilities centered around strategic and financial planning. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and finished first in his class at the Connecticut Bankers’ Association School of Finance and Management. Matt is a recognized speaker appearing at numerous industry events in addition to having the honor of participating in strategic planning or board of director’s engagements as invited by any of COCC’s clients.
