Babak Ghazanfari

Babak Ghazanfari is an experienced professional in portfolio management and business analysis, currently serving as Portfolio Director for Customer at Cochlear since January 2017, after holding positions as Director of Business Analysis and Lead BA/Scrum Master. Prior to Cochlear, Babak worked at Canon Australia as Lead BA/Scrum Master for Digital Commerce, focusing on the digital commerce roadmap and online store redevelopment. Earlier experience includes leading web teams and managing digital solutions at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, alongside a secondment as Business Manager for GotStock.com.au, where Babak contributed to online channel growth. Babak is currently a PhD candidate in Computer Science at the University of Technology Sydney, and holds an MBA with Distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. Additionally, Babak is recognized as an Agile Practitioner by IIBA.
