Kelly Zhan

Kelly Zhan serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Asia Pacific and Latin America at Cochlear, a position held since October 2011. In this role, Kelly Zhan leads the legal and compliance function across diverse jurisdictions, providing cost-effective and pragmatic legal support. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel - APAC, Senior Legal Counsel - Asia Pacific, and Legal Counsel, where Kelly Zhan focused on delivering solutions-oriented legal advice on information technology, privacy law, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Before joining Cochlear, Kelly Zhan was a Legal Counsel at Arrium, providing comprehensive legal support as the sole legal business partner to steelmaking operations in New South Wales. Kelly Zhan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of New South Wales.
