Lisa Camilleri currently serves as the Communication and Training Program Manager for Global Sales Excellence at Cochlear, where responsibilities include executing communication activities and coordinating global sales training. Prior to this, Camilleri was a Program Success Specialist focused on communication activities for Global Sales Transformation. Lisa's experience at Bayer included roles as a Territory Manager for Consumer Health, driving successful pharmacy sales, and as an Event Manager, planning significant conferences for the division. Before Bayer, Camilleri established a small business, Indispensable Assistant Pty Ltd, providing administrative assistance. At Alcon, a Novartis Division, Lisa held the position of Senior EA to the Managing Director, developing an internal communications newsletter that earned recognition companywide. Lisa holds a High School Certificate from Loreto Normanhurst.
