Mercedes Gamor

Mercedes Gamor, CDP®, PRC, is a dedicated talent and culture manager currently at Cochran, with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As the founder and president of buildHER, Mercedes created a summer camp aimed at introducing female students to opportunities in construction. Previous roles include culture and community engagement manager at Prime Electric, where responsibilities encompassed developing DEI strategies and managing community outreach programs. Additionally, Mercedes served as a billing supervisor at Dowbuilt and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Communication from The University of New Mexico and an Associate of Technical Arts in Construction Management from Edmonds College.
