Jack Kiefer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jack began their career as a Manager of Software Development at F.A. Davis Company, where they focused on publishing and marketing titles electronically. Jack then joined Comcast as a Director of Production and Design, where they played a key role in developing the cable high-speed network "@Home" (now known as Xfinity).

After Comcast, Jack worked at iVillage.com as VP of Technology, where they proposed and executed the first e-commerce property for the company. Jack also played a part in the acquisition team and oversaw the development and implementation of a complete e-commerce system.
