Aakash Gupta

Aakash Gupta has worked in the software engineering and data science fields for over five years. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Software Engineer for Cococart. Prior to that, they were Lead Developer and Data Scientist at Synthesis from 2018-2022, where they worked closely with BBC to understand the motivations behind the spread of fake news in India, Nigeria, and Kenya. From 2017-2018, they were a Full-stack Developer for Global Markets Equity Derivatives IT at Credit Suisse. From 2016-2017, they were a Data Scientist at Flamingo, and from 2016-2017 they were a Summer Analyst for Technology at Credit Suisse. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at Gemalto.

Aakash Gupta attended DPS Indonesia from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their High School studies and obtained an All India Senior School Certificate Examination. Aakash then attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
