Quality Improvement Manager at CocoKids

Kimberly Nguyen, M.A. Ed., currently serves as a Quality Improvement Manager and Quality Improvement Navigator (QIN)/Facilitator at CocoKids since February 2018, providing technical assistance and coaching to enhance quality child care. With experience as a bilingual UCSF-CCHP Affiliated Instructor, Kimberly teaches Preventive Health and Safety classes for Child Care Providers in both English and Spanish. In previous roles, Kimberly worked as a Head Teacher and Program Coordinator at Kids Corner Learning Center, developing a multicultural curriculum and assisting in staff supervision. Kimberly began the career as a Teacher at Little Sweet Peas Preschool and holds a Master’s degree in Education focused on Equity and Social Justice from San Francisco State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Hayward State University-East Bay.
