Alice Zheng

Alice Zheng has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. Alice currently works at Cocoon as the Head of Operations, where they built and scaled the operations team from scratch and manages a team of approximately 20 individuals. Prior to Cocoon, Alice held the position of Founding Business Operations at the same company. In 2020, they worked as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor and Teacher Training Coach at CorePower Yoga, where they taught in-person classes, coached new teacher training, and handled front-desk administration, retail sales, and studio cleaning. Before that, Alice worked at Square in different roles, including Strategy & Operations at Square Financial Services, Program Manager at Square Capital, and Analyst at Square Capital. Their career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Analyst, and they also had internships at Raymond James Financial, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company.

Alice Zheng has a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Alice also has a minor from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Sciences Po, where they studied French Language and Literature. Furthermore, Alice obtained a certification as a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) in March 2023.
