Derrol Moorhead

Derrol Moorhead has worked in a variety of roles since 1987. Derrol began their career as a Marketing Communications Manager at MGMA in 1987. In 2002, they became the Owner of Wingin' It, a restaurant concept they created from the ground up, and built it up to a $750,000 annual sales company. In 2009, they took on the role of Business Development Director at The Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at MGMA as a Sr. Manager, Membership & Engagement, Sr. Manager Special Projects, and Corporate Communications Consultant. Since 2016, they have been the Executive Director at The Marketing Alliance, and since 2019 they have been the Director, Member and Business Development at Colorado Society of CPAs | COCPA.

Derrol Moorhead received their MBA from the University of Colorado Denver in 1991, with a focus on Marketing, Business, and Finance. Derrol obtained their B.A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University in 1986, specializing in PR and Marketing with a History minor. Derrol graduated from Overland High School in 1982.
