Alvaro Luna

Alvaro Luna is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as a Chef Instructor at CocuSocial, Inc. since December 2023, where Alvaro focuses on the diverse flavors of Peru. Additionally, Alvaro is a Wellness in the Schools Chef, fostering healthy culinary practices. Prior experience includes roles such as Paint Instructor at Muse Paintbar, Teaching Kitchen Assistant and Instructor at Restaurant Associates - Google, and Cook at Restaurant Associates Bank of America Tower. Alvaro has also contributed to the chocolate-making industry as a Chocolate Maker at Mast Brothers Chocolate. In academia, Alvaro served as a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant at the New York Academy of Art, supporting renowned artists and mentoring students. Alvaro holds a Master in Fine Arts in Sculpture from the New York Academy of Art, a Professional Chocolatier Certificate from Ecole Chocolat, and a certification in Chocolate Confections from The French Culinary Institute, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design from Instituto Peruano de Publicidad.
