Sampurna Das

Sampurna Das has a diverse work experience, starting in 2019 at AMAZON DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED as a TCSA, where they focused on creating SOPs, implementing process improvement guidelines, and managing task prioritization to meet service level agreements.

In 2021, Sampurna joined Coda Payments as a Senior Risk Associate, where they successfully identified account takeover frauds and social engineering abuse, responding to queries from law enforcement agencies worldwide. Sampurna later became the Risk OPS Team Lead, managing the entire fraud operations team for more than 30 markets and monitoring suspicious transactions on e-commerce portals and payment platforms.

Sampurna Das completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Budge Budge Institute of Technology 276 between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in effective communication, business writing, graphic design, successful presentation, and advanced Excel formulas and functions. Sampurna also completed a certification in Android application development from Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd.
